The three things we need
- One full-window photo taken from inside, showing the whole window and its surroundings.
- One close-up of the faulty part or the damage, sharp and well lit.
- A short video — only if the problem involves movement, sticking or noise. Ten seconds is enough.
Photos with the window both open and closed help. Please do not lean out of a window or climb to take a photo — send what you can safely reach.
Tell us these four things
Type them in the same chat as the photos. It is what lets us quote without a wasted visit.
- Property type - HDB flat, condo, landed, or shop and office.
- Your postal code - used to check coverage and scheduling. We ask for the unit address only when a visit is actually being booked.
- What the window is doing - will not lock, handle spinning, sliding stiff, dropping, leaking, rattling, or glass cracked. "Not sure" is a fine answer.
- How many windows are affected, and how urgent it is.
Say so in your first message, and keep the window closed and people away from it. Do not try to secure it yourself from a ledge. If a sash or pane looks likely to fall, contact your building management or the relevant authority as well as messaging us - do not wait on a repair booking.
